Remove Crazy Fonts from Endnote Citations

Occasionally,  Endnote will decide to give one citation a different font than everything else in the world.  Usually something chubby and sans-serif.  It's like a tall boy on the cusp of puberty awkwardly cringing in the middle of my paper.

Anyway, fix it so:

  1. Edit the reference (double-click it)
  2. Highlight each line (author, title, year etc) and press Cmd + L.
    • It does something about removing formatting
I think this happens when I copy and paste from a document with formatting into EndNote.  But I don't think I ever, ever do that, so I'm still confused.

This forum post has a whole lot more help.
